I've found myself in this amazing class, teaching everything from steps to prop dancing to burlesque history.

We get to make our own costumes! I found this *amazing* vintage fringe, a scarf piece and a long strip for a fringe skirt... found some nice matching gloves + matching fabric for pasties, with enough left over for a hat! (!!!!)

Purchased ostrich feathers for my first attempt at "plume" construction.

Cosplay is coming along, not quite as fast as my other crafting endeavors. Lust has been cut out. Patterning the 2p costume of Ashotette (sp?) from SC4 today.

I am optimistic. I wish I could find another medium of displaying my work, other then Deviant Art. Crafts/constructions cannot always been adequately expressed in one photo.
